Also called under-eye fat transfer, this technique moves purified fat from a small donor spot (belly or flanks) to the tear-trough area.

Unlike hyaluronic-acid fillers that often sit too deep and can turn bluish (Tyndall effect), fat is layered superficially and “feathered” so light bounces naturally off the skin. Swelling peaks at day three, fades by 7–10 days, and results can last for years.
