Will a board-certified surgeon—not an assistant—do 100% of my operation?

Yes. Dr. Jean‑Paul Leva, double board‑certified, performs every incision, contour, and suture. No PAs, NPs, residents, or “ghost surgeons.”

What anesthesia options do you offer—and who runs them?
We tailor anesthesia to your case: local (awake) or full general anesthesia. When general is used, it’s administered exclusively by a board-certified physician anesthesiologist (MD or DO)—never a CRNA or nurse—for hospital-grade safety.
Who actually performs my surgery—or my injectables?
Surgical procedures: handled start-to-finish by Dr. Jean-Paul Leva, FACS, double board-certified surgeon.
Injectables, lasers & advanced skin therapies: performed by Dr. Jacquelline Leva, triple board-certified aesthetics specialist. No PAs, NPs, residents, or “ghost surgeons.”
Will it hurt—and how do you keep me comfortable?
Most patients describe postoperative discomfort as mild. We use multimodal pain control: ① Exparel® long‑acting anesthetic at the surgical site whenever possible (included at no extra cost) ② Targeted, non‑opioid meds ③ Precision compression. Dr. Leva trusts this protocol for his own family, so every eligible procedure—including tummy tucks—receives it, minimizing narcotic use.
How many surgeries do you perform in a single day?
Dr. Leva limits his schedule to one local‑anesthesia case per day or one to two general-anesthesia surgeries on designated OR days. This low-volume approach ensures every patient gets his full attention—no “assembly-line” medicine.
How do I secure a surgery date?
Because our calendar fills fast, a deposit is the only way to reserve your day. Once a date is booked, it’s unavailable—so lock in early if you have a specific timeline.
How soon can I return to work or my daily routine?
Local-anesthesia procedures: most desk‑based patients are back in 3–7 days. General-anesthesia surgeries: plan on 1–2 weeks, depending on job demands. Heavy lifting (> 15 lb) is restricted for 4–6 weeks to protect your results.
How long is my VIP follow‑up care—and who sees me?
A full 12 months of concierge follow-up is baked into every package. Every visit—day 1 to month 12—is with Dr. Leva or another board-certified physician, never delegated.
